Howard Pohl was forced out of the State Attorney's Office for inappropriate conduct against a female prosecutor, Kathleen Pautler. And Don L. Horn did ignore his legal public records request obligations in not turning over any information related to the complaint made by Ms. Pautler against Pohl. In addition, the materials that Horn did turn over were misleading in including a "resignation" letter by Pohl, giving the impression that he resigned completely voluntarily. And Horn did not comply with his legal obligations pursuant to a public records request in not turning over the "Mandarin Penthouse" memo, an inappropriate email sent by Pohl to Lorna Salomon.
